Advertising terms and conditions: (Updated February 16 2012)

When ordering you agree to below terms and conditions. 

1. By making your purchase for a solo ad or other ad types from Network Marketing Success / Lovenfeldt Marketing through PayPal, you agree that you are purchasing a manual service from me and done by me, Marvin Lovenfeldt, personally.  
2. Solo ads and other online advertising such as banner ads are non-tangible goods and are not covered by a refund option whatsoever, regardless of the reason why.
3. By placing an order for a solo ad or other online advertising on this site, you agree to the no refund policy.
4. Limits for solo ads are 100 lines long at 60 characters wide.
5. Please DO NOT submit the ad copy UNTILL you have paid for the ad via Paypal. See http://www.networkmarketingsuccess.com/ad-guidelines.php  for ad copy guidelines
6. Solo ads are sent to the list on a daily basis. 
7. First come is first sent.
8. Solo ads go out as text ads only. This is due to the way the email mailing system is setup and the fact that there is no html option when subscribers opt-in to my list.
9. All URL links are cloaked using the mailing systems cloaking software built-in software. This is done to protect the ezine and the advertising customer against insidents such as complaints leading to actions against the owner of the URL, the ezine or the ad buyer.
10. If we do not receive your ad copy in due time, we will send you 3 reminders.
11. If you fail to submit the ad copy in due time, refund requests and charge backs will be denied and disputed. This is due to the fact, that we can not do our job without receiving the ad copy in due time.
12. The advertiser is solely responsible for submitting the right ad copy with the correct links.
13. Submitting the wrong ad copy or links does not qualify you for a refund or a second ad for free.
14. It is YOUR responsibility to make absolutely SURE that ALL links is 100% correct and working.
15. Please make absolutely SURE you use the entire URL i.e. http://www.site.com/directory/file.php
16. Once you have approved the ad, changes to the text and the URL are no longer included.
17. The fee for each change of URL or text is $25. We will request the amount via Paypal.
18. We accept payment with all major credit cards via Paypal.com
19. When you are ready to order, please use the order form at http://vogv.com?ads to send your payment via PayPal.
20. Send your ad copy / instructions via the online form at http://www.networkmarketingsuccess.com/contact-support.php    
21. We will publish your ad online for your approval and we will be in touch with your publishing date.
22. Failing to approve the ad does not qualify you for a refund.
23. Please include the PayPal transaction number in every message to the editor.
24. If my emails to the emails you give me bounce for whatever reason, your ad will be sent on the date I set as I received it.
25. NOTE: Once the ad has been sent NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN for any reason what so ever.
26. Credit Card Chargeback is considered a criminal act once the service has been delivered.

Disclaimer:

We are NOT able to guarantee results from your advertising, due to all the factors involved in successful advertising - including but not limited to: the subject, the headline, the ad copy, what happens when a link is clicked, the product or service promoted, the price of the service or product, the website design and several other factors beyond this ezine publishers control. The only guarantee we can give you, is that we will send your ad to the list according to your order. Other than that - sorry, but no guarantees are offered.

REFUNDs AND CHARGEBACK NOTICE:

We strive to satisfy our customers. All promotions (solo ads included) will be ran on the agreed date. There is no guarantee as to results of a customer's promotions. We do NOT give cash refunds. If our company has made a provable error, we will run your promotion again, free. If our customer uses a credit card (through Paypal) and does a chargeback against us and we are at no fault, we will consider this action to be fraudulent and the advertiser will be reported to the National Internet Business Alliance, NIBA for the appropriate action. Advertisers are asked to be sure the ad is just as they want it to be BEFORE we runs it. Thank you.
