very true if us westerners took on some of the Asian ideas we would be much better. Just look at the samurai and how they practiced everyday from sun up to sundown. If you apply that dedication to music of course you are going to rock out loud. We westerners as a society don't promote discipline like the Asians do.

I might sound like I'm trying to be too smart for my own good here, but it could be in part because he's Asian. I'm not saying Asian people directly inherit this stuff, but it has to do with their culture and work ethic. It's different than the Western one. So, although Westerners certainly could do the same thing with more effort, the Asian culture is what helps create talented and smart individuals like this kid. |
