Dude your making this shit up about players not knowing their is a tie. McNabb's been in the league for Ten years. Yeah in 02 the steelers and the falcons played and it ended in a tie. And the Eagles played the Falcons that year in the Playoffs which McNabb was the starting QB for the Eagles. He should of known. He should of known that he's is a fuckin idiot. It just makes even look more bad having a tie aganist the BENGALS?! One of the worst teams in the NFL.

McNabb is basically saying, 'wow, didn't realize the game I've been playing all my life has such lame-ass overtime rules in the pros!" Its a shit rule to begin with!! Even in regular season. They basically play ONCE a WEEK, finish the goddamn game!!
Plus what really holds back McNabb is Andy Reid and the dumbass offensive calling and challenges he calls and allows to occur repeatedly!!

Not all NFL players know about ties.
During the last tie in 2002 with the steelers and falcons, a bunch players came out and said they didn't fully know or understand about tying in the NFL.
The same thing happened in the tie game before that in 1997 where there was 2 tied games in the same year, and in the 2nd tied game some players said they didn't know about tying.
So it's clear that there are many players in the NFL who don't know how a team ties in the NFL.
McNabb is not an idiot.

Sudden Death means you have to score otherwise you will tie. Mcnabb's been in the league for a long time and should of know that. I bet rookies know that rule already. There is no excuse except that he is an idiot. |
